The main body made of heat and chemical resistant AISI 304 quality stainless material, special form and designed to provide minimum contact with the fabric, the conveyor chain system that ensures continuous operation, the free flow of the fabric and the hanger arrangement provided by air blowing provide perfection in production.

The machine can be operated with hot oil system or natural gas. The machine offers high temperature steaming or working with only hot air, with the specially designed water injection system, stable and homogeneous heat distribution can be achieved as well as saving steam.

Variable flow main circulation fans and inverter-controlled chimney aspirators and also inverter controlled main motion system provide different working possibilities. 100mm insulation covering the entire machine body prevents excessive heat losses and provides the most suitable working environment. The specially designed ceiling and ceiling heating system has completely eliminated drips.

Machine feeding group; It is suitable for knitted and woven fabrics with its edge trimming devices and edge opener systems, and the machines can be produced as front feed and front exit or front feed rear exit on request. Our production standards are in capacities of 250m, 330m and 470m. The machine control is completely made by PLC systems, and the programs prepared by entering the start, stop, working speed, fixing time, steam amount, ambient temperature, water injection amount and period, circulation fan speeds, chimney aspirator speeds can be stored on the touch screen, thus reproducibility is ensured.

In addition, the meter and working time of the fabric being worked on can be taken as a report. All possible malfunctions in the machine can be displayed on the alarm screen.
